Erica’s adolescence and puberty helped her become used to these emotions. But it got harder for her to control the emotions that were rising inside of her as she approached her 25th birthday. If Erica had ever felt a connection to Bucharest, that connection had become stronger as time went on. What waited for her there was unknown to her.
Meet Chase
She had no idea that something similar was taking on in America, where Chase, who was twenty-eight, was experiencing the same thing. Though he was unable to articulate it, he had a strong sense that he had previously resided in Bucharest.
